Online shop orders

Domestic orders can take up to 5-6 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances). International orders can take up to 5-15 business days, (or longer depending on the circumstances). If you’d rather come and collect your order please get in touch to arrange this, shipping costs can be refunded accordingly if this is organised.

Wholesale Restaurant orders

I aim to provide chefs in restaurants, with unique handcrafted ceramics adding another dimension to customers dining experience. Wholesale prices and minimum quantities will be pre agreed. These pieces will be made to order therefore could take approximately 4 weeks to complete, dependant on the size of the order.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the wrong piece has been shipped or it does not arrive in satisfactory condition. Every piece of will be unique, the making, glazing and firing technique determines this so by nature each piece will not be exactly as viewed on the website (all part of the excitement of opening the kiln)

One off pieces will be advertised as such and exactly as in photo.

Caring for pots

All work has been handcrafted with unique clays and glazes then fired at temperatures (1270-1300 degrees) They are vitrified, strong and durable, they can go in an oven, microwave or dishwasher. However handwashing is the best option and taking extra care is advisable. These pieces are to be used and enjoyed with food.
